No. The Power key is totally dead in HT mode. Even with JP1 we don't (yet) have a way to fix that.

There are some advanced JP1 methods that let you program macros individualy by device mode. Without JP1 there is just one macro (for all modes) per key.
Key Moves are individual by device mode and key moves override macros, so you can have a macro in just some modes by overriding it with key moves in every other mode.
