It is extremely unlikely that there is such a thing as a universal remote with a pre-programmed code for the AV715. So, you have two options.

1) Find an old One For All or Radio Shack remote, that supports advanced codes and also has the old TV/0027 code. Then use this code to construct a new code for the Raite (just like how we used to use TV/0030 for the Apex AD600A)

or..

2) Get into JP1 and add the Raite code to a One For All or Radio Shack remote. I have already built a code ready for you as I use the AV715 myself.
