robman, i can succesfully program the rcvr button as code 0167 but it all stops from there. i just recently got my MX-500 working with the ir543 so i know my ir543 is good. after programming the rcvr button, what do i do? i have been pushing the rcvr button, pressing 1 on the numeric keypad, and pusing channel up. nothinig happens. i have even cycled through everybutton and nothing happens. any thoughts.
