Thanks for all your help. It's good to know I'm not crazy or stupid, the codes don't work. I'm going to try and program with a jp1 on a 1994 and ofa 9660. I've never done this before, so wish me luck. I may have to ask for additional help. Jim if I can't figure it out, I'll send the remote to you for programming.
As a matter of history I bought the 4bx new 20? years ago and the remote was lost during moving. It is unlike anything avaialbe now. It works and works well adding nothing but dynamic range and attack.

One question is there any way to get around having to own excell for the spread sheets? I own lotus 1-2-3 ver 9.
