UEIC claims that amp_0295 will work for this device; however, they screwed up. The efc's are correct, but they got the protocol details all wrong. Bottom line is you can't use _0295 with any protocol native to the 1994, or any other ueic remote (or any "universal" out of the box).Just to save you wasted time, you won't find the device in any pronto or LIRC files. You might check with "deleted" (I didn't have permission to make any referrals to him) who usually sells these quite often on ebay, he has a source for a universal remote that will work the 4BX. I've seen a few loose oem's go on ebay for 70+. Really suck that so many of these pass thru ebay with the remotes lost/broken, etc.
