Thanks edmund. They suggested that too and it didn't work. I think they're getting sick of hearing my voice by now over there. I'm sort of wondering if this is a pretty common problem or if I bought a defective remote. Anyone know offhand what BlueDo.com's return policy is like? Or if I should just go ahead and spend more money on a JP1 cable?
