I just picked up this remote (my 4th different one in 2 months - I think the remote gods hate me). I was trying unsuccessfully to download codes to the remote over the phone from OFA customer service but kept getting an error message. I did everything they suggested - I took the DSL filters off of the phone line, tried a manufacturer's reset, etc. but to no avail. I even called my phone company to test the phone line for any possible interference. Has anyone else had this problem with this model or any other OFA remote? Thanks.
