That idea tends to assume you found a European OFA model (such as the 8060) that has the desired setup code built-in (or the setup code wouldn't have been in that list).

Then it assumes you found a European .wav capable OFA model that DOESN'T have that setup code built-in, because I assume (correct me if I'm wrong) you can't download a .wav file from the web site for a setup code that's already built-in.

I don't know of a European .wav capable model that doesn't have SAT/0573 built-in.
