Many of the Nokia SAT devices use a protocol named "NRC17".

I'm pretty sure that is the UEI pid 00BD used in setup codes SAT/0723 and SAT/0573.

There have been at least two discussions of NRC17 in the JP1 forum:

But it doesn't look like any of the JP1 experts ever followed through and sorted out the details of how pid-00BD corresponds to NRC17, and added understandable support for it to KM or RM.
