I have a Bose Lifestyle 35 & got the 9910 specifically so that I could control it. Tech support told me I needed code 1357 & downloaded it over the phone. Assigned it to the Receiver button. I do have IR transmit & receive both activated on the Bose. So far so good. But all that the 9910 seems to be able to control is to power the Bose on & off. The volume up & down, the primary buttons, don't seem to work. Nothing else seems to work. Thought that my download was somehow corrupted, asked tech support to reset the remote & download again. But with the same results. I have in addition a Scientific Atlanta 3250 HD cable box, Zenith DVB318 DVD player, Gateway P42M102 plasma tv which are also programmed.

Any suggestions ?

Is some other component over-riding the Bose volume ? Do I need a code other than the 1357 - there seem to be 2 other Bose related codes ?
