If I were you, no matter what remote you finally chose to get, I would also get a 8910. Call UEI, have the codes Mr E listed above 1355. 1356, 1357, loaded into the 8910. Now you have IR commands easily abled to be taught to a learning remote. You do not need the added expense of 9910.
The bose can be set to respond to IR commands, the problem is getting those IR commands. None of the remotes in this forum have enough learning memory, for you to use the blink-back feature of your Bose LS system. How the blink-back feature works, you need set the LS via menu to enable IR echoing. You then press a key on the RF remote, the LS would send out the IR equivalent, for your learning remote to capture.
