What's the model number of the player?

If you have a MVD2025, the correct code is DVD/0690, but it's not in the 15-2133, so you'll have to have it added over the phone.

If you have a MVD2027, I'm not aware of a code being an exact match, but there are a couple of codes available that send the right signals, those being DVD/0697 and DVD/0719. The default buttons in these two codes won't work, but you could re-program them using advanced codes. For example, the advanced code for POWER should be 176. If this works, let me know and I'll give you the rest of the advanced codes.

Also, the 15-2133 is a learning remote, so you could always just learn the signals.
