I'll assume Edmund has the details right (since I haven't time to look them up) but I'll add a little explanation to Edmund's instructions.

1) The various input selects in an RCA device are typically a specific command (Edmund indicated EFC 227) from various other RCA devices.

2) Once you define a KeyMove, it remembers the device type and setup code its source had at the time of definition. The KeyMove isn't affected by later changes to the device mode you used as its source. So Edmund's instructions set the DVD device to be setup code DVD/0522 and then KeyMove EFC 227 from the DVD device to some key in whatever device you use for the RCA HTIB. You can then reprogram the DVD device back to whatever setup code you want there and the KeyMove will retain the DVD/0522/227 definition even though the DVD key is no longer set to DVD/0522.
