My URC-9990 (Mosaic) regularly (possibly once a week)locks up, usually with screen image break-up. All I can do to clear it is to remove and reinsert a battery. Doesnt stop me from using the remote but is very annoying. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it a known issue?
