The 9962 doesn't have built-in setup codes for devices not sold in the USA.

Some Pace boxes use setup code 1068. That is not in the 9962, but probably could be loaded via .wav file, either by calling USA customer support for OFA and having them load it over the phone, or by using the JP1 software to convert the posted upgrade for 1068 into a 9962 .wav file.

Have you confirmed that the 9962 can't learn functions from your Pace remote? Other Pace devices (not the ones that respond to setup code 1068) have ordinary IR signals that can be learned by ordinary learning remotes. Even if you want to use a .wav file upgrade, rather than filling the learning memory, it would help to know whether the signals are learnable (whether you need the 1068 upgrade or one for an ordinary IR protocol).

Many Pace Sat devices use the "Sky" standard IR signals rather than any Pace signals. I expect you'd know if your device is one of those, in which case you should be looking for Sky signals rather than Pace signals (also not included in the 9962, but loadable via .wav file). Note that Sky+ signals are a different set from Sky signals (I'm not sure if Pace also makes Sky+ devices) that's yet another setup code loadable via .wav file.
