Yes, this appears to be my remote. Apparently it is no longer available. It supercedes to RCA model CRK74E2 also not available. Fortunately model CRK74F1 is. Does anyone know if these are 3 or 4 digit models? My "UNIVERSAL" model OFA URC-31647b is a 3-digit code. Are these compatable? I've now completely dismantled my RCA model fully and am going to attempt to clean the entire unit per instructions on a do-it-yourself remote repair website. If this doesn't work I'll have to purchase a new unit I guess although I thought that the OFA unit could work. I never have got it to work properly. What "exactly" must I do to defeat this demon if I'm to use the OFA unit or isn't this possible? It's not that I can't afford a new RCA model but now it's personal. I can't let this remote win. Hellllllllp!
