Hi there,
After downloading a .wav update file I created using ir.exe to enable me to control my DVD recorder, my 9960 will no longer recognise the "997" code to put it into "download" more, nor does it recognise the "IR Learn" & "IR Delete" keys anymore. I have restored factory settings as per the manual and I still have the same problem.
Have I messed things up permanently or is there another way out of this ?
