As near as I can tell, your Sony CD ought to respond to CD code 0000. Can't understand why it doesn't, like Ofafan says Sony is pretty consistent in their IR code assignments. Worth a re-check. Also, does the unit still respond to the OEM remote that came with it?
Your Onkyo DVD is probably DVD code 0627. Unfortunately that is not pre-loaded in the 2133, but if you call customer service they should be able to download it to you over the phone.
