might be considered an "OEM" remote and that whoever
provided it to you is supposed to "support" it.
As for TW or any cable company helping with a

Thanks....I have tried the search function. I can't imagine it won't support a new Yamaha receiver. Oh well, I just bit the bullet and ordered the MX-850 from Tweeter. I wonder if Time Warner will buy it for me...LOL
