I downloaded the PDF (owner's manual) from Radio Shack's website for that remote -- which anyone can do -- and they do list "Motorola" in the cable set-top box section.
Just like Comcast doesn't make set-tops, Motorola surely makes more than one (though they may only make *1* HD-DVR at this point). Does this box have a model # maybe ??
