Well I have managed to sort this one out myself, it seems I just didn't understand the manual quite well enough. So here go's

1. Go to the One For All website [Link: oneforall-int.com]
2. Go to the country of your choice (for me it was Australia)
3. Go to Product support & follow the steps till you get to "Internet Download" (you will have to register if you are a new user)
4. Select the Philips-2 file and follow the steps to upgrade your remote.
5. You will now have a series of codes to try (on the internet page).

One of these codes, I think it was the third or fourth works perfectly.
