First of all, thanks to Robman to turning me on to the older URCs to get a real sleep timer. I bid on a URC9800 on eBay and got it. I was going to get it upgraded for TIVO but can't get sleep timer to work on Pioneer 711 receiver. Works on TV ok. I have sleep lock "enabled". I'm now thinking I had a Cinama 7 some years ago with same issue with receivers but turned of DBS. You can't turn Tivos off howerver. Anyone got sleep timer experience with 9800?
