The urc-8910 is phone upgradeable, no need to
send it in. Anyways all panasonic players and
recorders respond to code 0490. If there are any
commands missing, try the advanced codes.
Thank you . I know that. But they were UNABLE to do it by Phone. They requested I send it to them.
I did for the TOSHIBA, then again for the PANASONIC.
The Remote wont function for the RECORD or STATUS buttons.
Most of my learning Keys are already used up
