Your device seems to take (as alfaman suggested) RC-5 protocol codes. The RC-5 expert that hangs around here is John Fine (johnsfine). He would be better able to help you than I, but I am going to take a look at some stuff and see if I can figure out anything. Have you tried the advanced code that alfaman suggested, by chance? I would suggest doing so with all 4 of the setup codes I gave you and see what happens.
What I mean is set device TV to the first setup code you were using and then try the advanced code. A way to test advanced codes before assigning them to a key is: Press the device you want to control (TV) Press Magic/Set/P Press the first two numbers of the 3 digit advanced code Aim the remote at the TV and press the third number Upon receiving the command the remote will execute the command If it works, you can assign the code to a key (hence"Keymover" or "key magic")
