To turn off the receiver, give this a try;
1. SAT
2. tap SET, for two blinks
3. 9-9-4
4. tap SET for one blink
5. enter 219
6. AUD
7. pick a key
If you want to replace the discrete ON, with a power toggle, subsitute 099 in step #5, then hit power button in step #7.
