Having purchased the URC-9910 recently I am running into a few issues that perhaps someone can help me resolve; the most important being the JP1 cable.
1. Will this cable/software allow me to backup/restore my current urc-9910 settings?
2. When adding TR-Learning codes I'm getting the message "MEM FULL." Can more memory be added/upgraded to this unit?
Basically, what are some major advantages for utilizing the JP1 cable/software? In advance, thanks for your time and support.
