I'm curious as to how you came to the conclusion that this remote is either "infamous" or "worthless" as most people seem to think it's a pretty cool remote, especially Tivo users.

As for your Sanyo TV, I would give TV/0154 a try. Try the numeric buttons first and if they work, try the other buttons. It's quite possible that some of the other buttons either won't work or will do the wrong thing. If this is the case, I can probably give you advanced codes to fix them.
