Knowing which signals work for on/off and mute would get us very close to knowing what the whole code set is. Otherwise, the only Haier TV IR data I found is one JP1 upgrade for a different model.
I looked at RCA's online list of setup codes for the RCU310BB and see no obvious pattern relating it to the UEI setup code numbers (that are normally discussed in this forum). I expect that means the RCU310BB is not a UEI model nor even licenses the setup code database from UEI. But given the list of their setup codes by brand we probably can guess at the code set for whatever setup code(s) you found that have on/off and mute work.
