There is a file in the first link for the GTP-500

There is also a ZIP file on the "remotecentral" site that says it has codes for all Adcom devices. However, the GTP-500 is not listed.

If I can use the "hifi-remote file", do I just get a cable, download the software (IR.EXE or ???), open the download in the software and go from there? The file on the "hifi-remote" site is a is a text file but is jibberish to me so I assume you load it into the software. Is there also software on this site?
