ON my 20 year old pioneer receiver all the keys needed were on the front panel, on my 7 year-old D711 model all I needed were the cursor keys. The above codes don't match the cursor commands my receiver uses. I suggest going to radio shack, pick up the 15-135 for $15, use pioneer setup code AUD 30013, and the following advanced codes:
right- 00191
left- 00195
up-00189
down- 00193
to map them to keys on the 15-135:
1. aud
2. press and hold P for two blinks
3. enter 9 9 4
4. tap P for one blink
5. enter 5 digit advanced code
6. pick a key
