well, imagine my surprise when I decide to call the support number in one of the other kameleon remots instead of the radio shack brand. At first they couldn't pull my model number up and when I told them it was a radio shack they asked for the catalog number. They asked for my model numbers and email address. They then emailed me a link to a website with the sound file to update my remote! The number in my manual doesn't work, but the number in the other manuals does.
