Smile at the person you pass by. Count to 10 when someone cuts you off on the freeway. Take 3 deep breaths when waiting in a long line at rush hour or when someone says an unkind word.
Most of us are leading pretty good lives compared to the majority of people around the world.
While this catastrophe has caused the world to stop and smell the flowers, let's stop and smell them a little more often even when we're having a good day!
