I have an urgent situation. Tried to update the programming on my Marantz RC 5200 tonight, after some components were switched around.

Successfully uploaded the programming to my computer. Made modifications. Tried to download the modified software.

Now the computer says it can't download to the remote because it can't see the remote. The remote continues to beep about every 10 seconds. Can't get it to stop without removing the battery. Reset the remote, still beeps. Its driving me crazy.

Called into Marantz tech support - after waiting on hold for about 30 minutes (long distance), was switched into voicemail because they're closed for the weekend.

Without the remote, I don't have any TV this weekend.

Help!!! I need to get the remote to stop beeping, and to download my programming from my computer. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.
