I'd go along with using the PC for games; the reason for my buying this nVidia SLI rig. However, I don't play that many games nowadays because, frankly, I find most of them boring (Half Life 2 . . . z z z z z z z z z z z).
One exception though (well actually two, if one wants to be pedantic) has to be
Call of Duty and
Call Of Duty United Offensive. Truly awesome, particularly the Russian sections. Get that running through the home cinema system and you'll wet your pants - and your neighbours.
