The other day my youngest girl fell out with the girl across the street.
"I only came over to play football with your dad not you!"
her dad has clinical depression and is not well enough to play with her most days her mum has a problem with drink.

This puts me and my kids in a difficult position we all know the score but i feel put upon and my kids feel pushed aside ...so i go out alot with my kids to the park etc where we again meet kids crying out for attention.

I just wish the world put a bigger emphasis on parenthood.
