1. A fiddly job, but do you have or know of someone (maybe a local repair shop) who has a tray of those 'little screws' that you could drill and countersink the cover to then fit a locking screw.
2. On a lighter note, why don't we play 'Doctor Phil' and find out WHY he's doing it! Who wants to start?...................
