I went to the Department of Motor Vehicles the other day with my brother, and one of the questions the gal asked was where he was born... which was LIMA, Peru.
She looked up with a deer in the headlights look, and said... "Where is that"?
She was, I'm guessing 30 years old or more. Pretty scary huh?
