I've personally never been a fan of ceilings. What good are they for...really?

The roof protects you from above. The floor is there to walk on and stop you from falling. Walls stop the roof from falling down. The ceiling is just an obstruction to the on the way to the bottom of the roof. Hell... some of the nicest homes I've been in, don't even have ceilings. They just finish the bottom of the roof. Makes it look so much more open without the obstruction.

Of course they still call it a "vaulted" or "Cathedral" ceiling. I'm sure that was just to protect the original inventors feelings though.

I'm sure there are fans of ceilings in this world. Whether or not they can be controlled by IR is beyond me. If so....?.... I wonder if the same remote would work on my other half...? Wishful thinking I guess.

If you find something get back to us....
