LG is an OK company but it is also what I would call 3rd tear. In some products they are not bad but in others they are not good. Over the years I have heard a lot of issues of LG fridges and this summer when I bought one I went with GE. I like Hyundai but I find a big issue with many large Korean companies is that they are way too varied, loo at Samsung, LG, Daewoo... they epitomize jack of all trades and master of none.
