I doubt it... I think there will always be war and racism.
Racism might fade, or it might just identify which side you're on in a war.
A college friend once told of high school after school fights between blacks and whites. Everybody could tell at a glance who was on which side.
An Irish comic once pointed out that all the people in Ireland are white. You don't need color to have a good war!
