0000 0067 0000 000d = number of burst pairs = 13 (dec)

0060 0019 0030 0018 0030 0018 0030 0018 0018 0018 0018 0019 0018 0018 0030 0018 0030 0018 0018 0018 0018 0019 0018 0018 0018 03f4 = 13 burst pairs

I don't know how long your code has to be. But you have to add 13, to the fourth hex word, for each codesequense you add. And add the codesequense.
If you dubble the code it will look like:

0000 0067 0000 001a 0060 0019 0030 0018 0030 0018 0030 0018 0018 0018 0018 0019 0018 0018 0030 0018 0030 0018 0018 0018 0018 0019 0018 0018 0018 03f4 0060 0019 0030 0018 0030 0018 0030 0018 0018 0018 0018 0019 0018 0018 0030 0018 0030 0018 0018 0018 0018 0019 0018 0018 0018 03f4
