I have used Gist. If you don't severely edit the number of stations it gives you by default then the file it creates will be too large for AvantGo.

I found that it was pretty easy to get rid of most of the stations. (200 channels, nothing on;-) Gist includes all of the music channels by default, for example.

You remove the channels by editing your profile on the gist.com site.
