I'm having the same problem with all my Sony equipment. Pronto Sony discrete codes don't seem to import properly into Ordesktop. I got the RCA-DTC100 dicrete code working, so I know I'm importing properly. I can't get a response from Ordesktop or Pacific Neo-Tek. As far as I'm concerned my $20 to Omniremote and $20 to Ordesktop were a scam. Lesson learned.

Scott, are you saying that the RS remote has dicrete Sony codes built in through this magic button thing?
