I was very surprised to notice that the SONY Clie InfraRed (IR) port does not respond at all under the OmniRemote program.

I was able to beam the OmniRemote program to a PALM V without any problem and use the training mode with the PALM V without a problem and beam back to the Clie other programs to insure that the IR on the Clie is functional.

I was never able to get the "Training" mode in the TV category to receive or acknowledge any code with the SONY Clie...

Would be very happy to hear a confirmation or denial...
