I may have just blundered -- so I'm asking for help in advance.
I have bought a Visor Prism on ebay at a LOW price ($54), but it was not until after I put in the bid that I noticed that the owner says this one resets itself quite often. He has not yet answered an email about whether this is a complete EMPTY reset, or a smaller reset (don't know the right term for this).
Does anybody have any experience with this, or know how to handle it? I know this is a total newbie type question; while I'm pretty good at programming Marantz, Pronto and some Crestron controls, this one is new to me.
