I've got the same problem with 2002 and PDA win TV remote. I think you just got lucky the first time. It is obviously a good bit of software, just needs a lot of work to keep it running. if you want reliable remote control ability you have to pay the money and go for something like a Pronto Pro. At least that is from my experience. Used a Pronto Pro no problems for the last year or more, trying with a iPAQ 5450 and TV remote controller...not a hope in hell of getting the thing to work
