Since we have verbage almost identical to that on the Total REMOTE web site I will assume that is what you are asking about.
It means that Total Remote has never been tested by a Griffin employee on a 3100 series iPaq, but because the iPaq does have a compatible processor and is nearly identical to the 3600 series (but in grayscale) we would ASSUME that it would work. It is kind of our way of saying "don't blame us if it doesn't work, since we never had a chance to test it!".
