For those of you who own one of the above devices, I strongly recommend trying RCII by WinCESoft. (www.wincesoft.de)
In my opinion it has the best IR routines on the market. It doesn't support native CCF, but is able to import and export CCF IR-Codes.
Oops, this really sounds like a commercial. That was not my intent, I just really find it's a great product.

The only downside is the rediculous licensing policy though. Sadly it needs to be licenced for a particular device.
