I got RemoteControl II last Sunday, and I am thrilled with this piece of software. I’ve just finished editing my TV panels. Philips RC 19002. The learn all really option makes IR coding a breeze.
I have, however, a little criticism and a few suggestions.
The round buttons have a white square background that doesn’t look good on silver background. I’ll probably design some round buttons myself. If I try to place TV-symbols on round buttons, I only get some foreign letter. I don’t find the standard symbol for text TV!!! I would very much like a PC program for editing projects and panels. On the PDA it’s difficult not to move an object when just trying to select it. Such a program should have alignment tools among other things. Also I’d like a users forum where tips, skins and IR codes could be exchanged. On my Mio 168 I can only use 240*340 pixel panels. Should it be possible to use 640*240 also on this device?
