The RCDEV files are the device configuration files
generated by Total Remote, and should be found
in a subdirectory called DeviceFiles off of the
main Total Remote directory. On a default install

Yes, the X30 is an extremely good platform for
Total Remote. It cannot use the audio transmitter
due to limitations of the X30's audio hardware,
but it had incredibly strong IrDA output and has
been tested to work over 40 feet.

This is a VERY untrue statement and shouldn't be made by you.

It does not work any farther than 4 feet, sometimes 5.
I have 8 components in my system, sony, phillips etc..
none work from farther away than 4 feet

very dishonest.

MAN! This kind of statement makes me REALLY angry.
